Community Manager

We're looking for a qualified, driven Community Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, promotional events, and brand messaging, we'd like to meet you!

As Pico's Community Manager you will:

  • Strategize and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness 
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker is a must
  • Proven work experience as a community manager
  • Experience launching community initiatives (ex: building Webinars, identifying promising events, etc.)
  • Ability to identify and track community metrics (ex: event attendance, repeat attendance) 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
