CPG Brands Sales Lead

At Pico, we’re well aware of the impact our solution has on the world’s leading brands and their audience. But we won’t rest until everybody knows. We’re looking for a qualified Business Development specialist to join our team and grow Pico’s customer base onboard new customers within the CPG space.

As CPG Brands Sales Lead you will:

  • Grow and establish Pico in the CPG world as we enter this new market
  • Orchestrate meetings and calls for Sales Leads
  • Work closely with your Sales Lead to identify which leads convert the best and which tactics are most effective 
  • Manage and track prospecting efforts within our internal platforms 
  • Collaborate with Marketing by sharing your learnings to influence brand messaging and approach


  • Proven track record of selling within the market  
  • Flexibility in adjusting methods and practices based off of performance
  • Ability to deliver a solution-based sales approach 
  • Comfortable leading conversations 
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, German, French)
  • Agency experience is an advantage
