Customer Success Manager

Customer Success is vital to Pico’s success, growth, and long-term profitability. We’re looking for Customer Success Managers to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience and nurture the client relationship through meeting deliverables and client KPIs.

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Work closely with the biggest brands in the world.
  • Be part of a team responsible for onboarding new customers and providing ongoing consulting our our current client base 
  • Help clients leverage their engagement and gather first party data on their audience 
  • Onboard and manage clients and ensure success through each aspect of the customer journey 
  • Find ways and solutions to proactively support our customers by keeping them engaged and consistently provided with value

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success team within a B2B SaaS platform 
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong personal and pitching skills
  • High-level English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, German, French)
