Director of Sales

At Pico, we’re well aware of the impact our solution has on the world’s leading brands and their audience. But we won’t rest until everybody knows. We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and grow Pico’s customer base within the CPG, Sports & Entertainment spaces.

As Pico's Director of Sales you will:

  • Have a leading role in Pico’s Sales Management operation
  • Train Sales reps
  • Define Sales quotas for Pico’s global reps - provide periodic quotas reports
  • Orchestrate meetings and calls for Sales Leads
  • Hands-On: Present Pico face to face, in calls and conferences
  • Manage Sales metrics & analytics
  • Collaborate with Marketing on growth hacking and Sales leads conversion
  • Report to VP of Strategic Partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of selling within the CPG, Sports or Entertainment markets
  • Background in B2B sales
  • Background in Digital/Tech sales
  • Managed or has been a part of a Sales team operating with set quotas
  • Have a network of contacts within at least one of the relevant markets
  • Comfortable leading conversations 
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and Sales metrics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, German, French)
  • Working previously in a CPG or S&E brand/agency - advantage
