As Pico's Manager you will:

  • Manage our HQ office
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Implement office policies and maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Work across all departments to ensure our team’s day-to-day is comfortable and great
  • Work with our different suppliers and administration on the day to day


  • Organizational skills
  • Supply management
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous experience in a Startup environment is an advantage 
  • Knowledge in book-keeping platforms is an advantage
