Product Marketing Manager 

We’re proud to offer innovative products that are single handedly changing the way brands look at digital engagement. We are seeking a product marketing manager to take over our software marketing and grow revenue in accordance with company goals. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing our Sales team with the information it requires to advance and promote product sales, and features.

As Pico's Product Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams on product updates, features, and more 
  • Work closely with development and customer success teams to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, how-to’s, and more
  • Build out Product Knowledge Base and Best Practices 
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products and untapped opportunities 
  • Use market research to determine product pricing
  • Internally train the team on new products and features 


  • 2-3 years in building training plans, knowledge bases, training videos, and more
  • Previous work experience in the Product Marketing field 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Sharp problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High-level English 
  • Ability to talk to the camera and express yourself 
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, an advantage
