VP, Customer Success

Customer Success is vital to Pico’s success, growth, and long-term profitability. We’re looking for a VP of Customer Success to join and lead our team by driving new and traditional methods of success across our entire customer base.

As VP of Customer Success you will:

  • Work closely with the biggest brands in the world
  • Lead and manage our Customer Success team 
  • Build and monitor KPIs for ultimate performance
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-selling/up-selling
  • Map customer journey and normalize interventions for each point in the journey
  • Ensure strong communication between success managers and clients 
  • Work with marketing to discuss marketing processes / messaging to existing clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing customer success teams in a B2B SaaS Product 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of customers needs and passion for revenue and growth 
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset 
  • Sales background is an advantage
  • High-level English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, German, French)
