2019 Calder Cup Champions, the Charlotte Checkers of the NHL, have a dedicated and engaged fan base - especially on digital.
The biggest challenge they had faced was not knowing who their digital fans were - who redeemed what offer, and when.
They chose to work with Pico to identify and develop relationships with their fans outside of the likes, comments, and shares.
