Tell us a little bit about yourself
I’m originally from Kiryat Bialik which is a city in Northern Israel, but have been living in the center of Israel for many years now. I’ve worked in the tech industry for 14 years in companies of all sizes - from small startups to bigger companies like Live Person, Wix, and Google. I was always in this intersection between outbound (clients and partners) and product/technology. I’m a singer, I love to travel, and am a true foodie.
What is your role at Pico?
I'm VP of Customer Success and am in charge of ensuring our customers are happy and satisfied and that we continue to grow together in their journey of getting to know their digital audience. I'm also leading the charge of scaling our growth.
What's the best thing about Pico's solution?
I think the best thing about Pico’s solution is that it’s an end-to-end solution for the entire fan journey. So while our competitors can tackle a lot of the challenges that come up in different parts of the fan experience and journey, we’re the only ones who manage the entire journey from start to end. From the content to the data, we’re handling it all.
If you had to describe Pico using 4-5 words, or a phrase, what would it be?
Know your customers and leverage it.
What is your favorite sport and team?
I like to kickbox and do Pilates for my own sport. And I enjoy watching rhythmic gymnastics. And of course the Israeli Gymnastics team is one of my favorites to watch and cheer on!
