Meet Our Team

Meet our Senior Customer Success Manager,  Alon Hemsani!
Ariella Torv

Within the last two months we've seen Pico's client list grow exponentially as the need for fan engagement and unique fan experiences is more important now than ever. That being said, we also grew our team at Pico headquarters. Introducing Alon Hemsani, our Senior Customer Success Manager. Let's get into it, shall we?

Tell us a little bit about yourself

AH: I am 28 years old, living in Tel Aviv, however I'm originally from the northern city of Karmiel, Israel. A basketball player all my life, in addition to an extensive and very diverse international background. Israeli-Argentinian, bringing academic and professional experience from the US. I'm very passionate about sports in general, especially basketball of course, and for learning new things. I love people and food and the unique correlation between the two. Like how food brings us together in more ways than one.  Alon (2)

What is your role at Pico

AH: As a Senior Customer Success Manager I'm in charge of establishing all of the grounds and foundations for our success team and managing all of the customer success and account management processes. Together with the rest of the team, we're ensuring that all of our clients are reaching their full potential when using Pico.

What's the best thing about Pico's solution?

AH: In my opinion, the best thing is the simplicity of the product. The process of maintaining and improving the relationship with fans has never been easier. Sports clubs and organizations can develop a real, genuine connection with their fans in just a few clicks, and that is incredible.

If you had to describe Pico using a few words, what would they be?

AH: Amazing people. Awesome product.

What is your favorite sport and team?

AH: Basketball, of course. And Hapoel-Tel Aviv.

Favorite player?

AH: He retired, but I have to say Manu Gnobili.

Go-to snack/meal?

AH: Probably some sandwich.

What's your motto in life?

AH: Be a good person and work hard - the rest will come.

Lastly, what's your favorite social media platform today?

AH: Twitter.
